Addiction in short is the mental and the physical dependency of an individual on chemical substances to feel better. Once an individual gets addicted, it’s very hard for him to return to his normal life without the daily use of these fatal substances. Any addiction is powerful enough to mess the life of the addicted person and can even lead to his death on frequent use.
The causes of addiction can be many, differing from person to person. But the main reason behind the addiction is said to be emotional instability.
