Center quote:
The Pat Moore Foundation Located in Beautiful Orange County, California A center for drug abuse treatment and alcohol rehab. Specializing in detox programs for heroin, opiates, prescription drugs, methadone, cocaine, alcohol and other substances. Counselors available 24-hours. Call us. We're here to help.
General Information: The alcohol rehab and drug abuse treatment programs at The Pat Moore Foundation are low-cost, reasonably priced residential treatment and drug detox alternatives for men and women with limited or no insurance coverage at all. For more than twenty years we have been empowering men and women caught in the life-shattering cycle of substance abuse and addiction. Through personal experience, we know that chemical dependency and alcoholism are both chronic and progressive illnesses. The disease disrupts all areas of a person's life and impacts the family and loved ones in a contagious fashion.
Facility Description: We provide medically managed and non-medical detoxification and primary residential treatment. Our individual homes are on a unique co-ed campus where we offer gender specific treatment. We are located in the city of Costa Mesa, in Orange County, Southern California, close to Newport Beach and Huntington Beach, and only an hour from Los Angeles and San Diego.
Treatment Philosophy Statement: We believe it is important for our residents to have a solid foundation in recovery before moving on to live on their own. We offer gender-specific residential treatment on a unique co-ed campus. Our residential treatment program offers men and women the opportunity to maintain a regular schedule, attend groups, participate in 12-step and other optional faith-based meetings, work with case managers one-on-one, fellowship and bond with the other residents, and learn how to live a life without alcohol and drugs. We offer 30 and 60-day residential treatment to our residents. We know that it takes time to get a sound foundation in recovery, and we work with our residents to help them form that foundation in any way possible. Fellowship is crucial in the recovery process. Men and women arrive in recovery with different types of issues. This is why our gender-specific residential treatment homes emphasize the need for women to get close to other women, and men to get close to other men. We encourage our residents to get to know people outside of our facility in order to create a network that can be easily utilized in a time of need. And, we are sensitive to the ages and stages of our residents, accommodating our residents in age-appropriate cottages on our campus, and introducing them to an age-appropriate buddy system. Many issues come up in early sobriety that can be difficult to handle. Our 24-hour staff knows and understands this, and is eager to help at any time of the day or night. Our goal is to enable each person who enters our doors walk the road to a healthy and happy recovery.
