Located in scenic and rural Flagler County Florida, about 20 miles north of Daytona and just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean at Flagler Beach, our clients are able to find peace within nature, and soon within themselves. These brand new world-class facilities were designed by the renowned Ginn Resort Development team, and the architectural firm of Glover, Smith, and Bode (GSB) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. GSB had also designed Caesar’s Palace & coliseum, Cirque Du Soleil, and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Exhibit Hall.

| Treatment Philosophy Statement: |
We treat each case of addiction individually. Addiction treatment is tailored for each client, which best suits their needs. We do not subscribe to a generalized program for all. By offering personalized drug rehab treatment, each client can have their specific needs met by our treatment staff. The Vince Carter Sanctuary is foundationally a 12-step based program. We also offer and encourage those clients whom may have a particular faith to incorporate their personal faith into their 12-step recovery plan. Our emphasis on experiental therapy sets the Vince Carter Sanctuary apart in its provision of “world class” addiction treatment. Experiential activities include working with horses (equine therapy), and swimming with dolphins (cetacean therapy). A safe, medically monitored detox is a fundamental component of any drug addiction treatment program, especially during withdrawal when battling the physical dependency associated with many drugs – particularly alcohol and opiates. Medications, including Clonidine, Suboxone or Subutex, may be prescribed by one of our physicians. An ideal detox program is tailored to fit the client’s specific needs.
