The program was founded by Mr. Eric Clapton on the beautiful island of Antigua, West Indies. Residential and outpatient services are provided within a Twelve-Step framework while integrating key complementary therapies to provide a whole person approach to treatment and ongoing recovery.
We believe that through a program of abstinence and a change and improvement in lifestyle, people and families have the capacity to recover from addiction. Indeed, recovery from addiction is possible and is often lifesaving.

Located on the beautiful Caribbean island of Antigua, Crossroads Centre is a place for retreat and the healing of the soul. The facility offers an environment that is tranquil and remote enabling treatment without distraction.
Crossroads Centre is a 32 bed facility and our small size provides an intimate supportive environment for clients and their families to begin the recovery process. |

At Crossroads Centre, Antigua we believe that addiction is a loss of control of oneself to a substance, person, or process, as evidenced by physical, mental, and spiritual unmanageability.
We believe that alcoholism and chemical dependency are chronic, progressive and treatable diseases. The pathway to recovery is founded on the achievement of two primary goals:
1. Abstinence from alcohol and drugs and other compulsive addictive behaviours and
2. Movement towards a change in lifestyle.
